Paul had been a brand and marketing strategist for over 25 years. He started out as a chemist for Procter & Gamble and went on to manage research and planning efforts for Cover Girl, Max Factor and Folgers.
Since then Paul has managed marketing and business strategy on both the client and agency side for Georgia-Pacific, Ralston Purina, PLN and Fitzgerald+CO. Paul also was the founder and President of the Brand Development Group working on business, brand and digital strategy for Alcon, Marzetti, USGBC, Equifax and others.
Josh is a marketing thought-leader with a keen ability to persuade and inspire others around common growth goals. He has a unique combination of strategic, analytical and cross-functional leadership skills, and an excellent track record of architecting strategy, while developing execution and tactical successes.
Josh has over 20 years experience in advertising and marketing. The majority of that time has been spent on the broadcast side of the business working in sales and marketing for CBS, Univision Communications, Cox Media Group and USA Broadcasting. Before working on the broadcast side, Josh worked at Public Storage Incorporated, as the divisional advertising manager.
